When I took this job, I never imagined writing for an HVAC company; especially since I had no experience with HVAC. I took this job because I could see how enthusiasm my soon to be boss exuded and how much he valued his employees. This just reaffirms that I made the right choice by accepting the position here. He went out and got everyone a turkey or a ham, how cute is that? It is the little things that make a company a great place to work.
This is what I am grateful for this year. I truly enjoy my workplace, sometimes it’s stressful and almost overwhelming. The effort is always appreciated; it makes it worth it.
